well the new year has started and I have a new and fresh attitude to go along with it! over my life time I have always worried about everyone else, but this year I am going to take care of ME!!! I am tipping the scale at 205 and on all kinds of meds for blood pressure, diabetes and so on....this is it....they say when you know better you do better...well here I go
