it has been a long awaited arrival.
we are just finally getting settled into our place. finally getting internet and re-connecting with the world at large. life has been cold, but fast moving. lots of school, and babysitting. i have been thankful to have made a few friends that live very close by. one who has another three year old little girl of her own, named emma. i am over here on their 58 acre farmstead now "watching" her so her mama and daddy can celebrate a birthday.
i am looking forward to spring as well. today was a decently warm afternoon. and i cant help but dream of summer nights, roasting marsh mellows in the backyard. oh, summer.
